Multi-Location Management

Modifier Prep Times: You can now set up modifier preparation times directly to menu items. These settings are automatically applied to orders, helping ensure consistent kitchen instructions, improved order accuracy, and more reliable preparation timing.

Enhanced Publishing Controls: The Publish button has been moved to the top navigation bar, making it easier to access and monitor from anywhere in the application. The button now provides a visual status indicator, appearing green when unpublished changes are detected and dark when all changes have been published. Enterprise users will see the indicator when any location has pending changes, while location-level users will only see it when changes exist for their specific location.

Shift4 One Reports Access (For European merchants)
Shift4 One merchants in the EU can now access key reports more quickly through a dedicated Shift4 One Reports tile on the Reporting page. With one click, you can view your Quick Menu Summary, Sales Summary, and Transaction Summary reports. This new entry point replaces the previous POS and Historical Reports navigation item, making report access more streamlined and intuitive.

Faster Shift4 One Merchant Onboarding (For European merchants | Internal Only)
New Shift4 One locations are now automatically provisioned to the appropriate Customer Hub experience during setup. Once a location is created in our systems, merchants gain immediate access to the Customer Hub features they need, eliminating manual configuration and accelerating time to launch.
Transaction Manager

3DS Standalone Event Status: The Transactions page (Transaction Manager) now provides the ability to see the newly added event status ‘3DS Standalone’ as a transaction attribute, with the ability to filter transactions by it.

Smarter Transaction Filtering: Filtering on the Transactions page has been redesigned to improve performance and make complex searches easier. You can now build multiple filter criteria before running a search, view active filters at a glance, and clear filters and sorting with a single click.

Fixed Transaction Total Calculation (Internal Only)
Resolved an issue where transaction totals could display incorrectly when navigating from an End of Day report to the Transactions page. Totals now accurately reflect the filtered results.

Language Column Added to Location Transaction Reports (For European merchants)
Location Transaction Reports now include a Language column, providing greater visibility into guest language preferences.

Improved CSV Currency Formatting in Settlement Detail Reports (For European merchants)
Resolved an issue that caused currency values in Settlement Detail CSV exports to be treated as text in spreadsheet applications. Currency values are now formatted as numeric fields, making calculations and analysis easier.
Localization

Italian Language Support
Customer Hub is now available in Italian. You can select Italian from the login screen or the region selector within Customer Hub. If your account region is set to Italy, the interface—including navigation, report column names, and descriptions—will automatically display in Italian.
Shift4 Capital

Shift4 Capital is now available in Germany
Eligible German merchants can now view and access Shift4 Capital in their Customer Hub. Please reach out to the Capital team with any questions on overall feature availability.
