SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM)

New Features

• F&B Report Subscription Added: Food & Beverage merchants can now subscribe to scheduled delivery for Settlement and Settlement Detail reports.
• Europe only: Partial refunds for Shift4 One: The initiative will enhance LBM functionality for EU Shift4 One merchants by enabling custom amount refunds (max up to the total sale value), expanding access to the full suite of transaction adjustment options. 

Improvements

• Localization: Hallo 🇩🇪 / Hola 🇪🇸! German and Spanish are now available as language options, selectable from the new globe icon in the top-right portal header. Changes apply instantly — no page reload needed — and your preference is saved across sessions. A dashboard banner will guide you to the new setting.
• Report Download & Subscribe Buttons Fixed: These buttons now activate correctly when opening one by selecting a report card.
• Europe only: Payment Link Templates: Added new Payment Link Templates tailored for Email, Social Media, Phone Orders, and Invoices. These templates allow you to quickly generate and share links tailored to your preferred customer communication channels. 

Multi-Location Management

New Features

• Menu Set Date Range Support: You can now define a weekday, time range, and date range for menu sets.

Launch Control/Grow My Business/Notification Center

New Features

• Spain Support Phone Number Added: Spanish merchants now see the correct localized Shift4 support number ([phone]).

Improvements

• Address Confirmation Dialog Fixed: Clicking outside the address pop-up to dismiss it no longer disables the Continue button.
• Dropdown Menus Fixed in Onboarding Wizard, Discounts & Gratuities: Dropdowns now scroll into view when opened and display without overlap or clipping.

Shift4 Capital

New Features

• Capital Widget Expanded Visibility: The Capital dashboard widget now shows for merchants without an active pre-qualification offer, surfacing "You could be funded up to $1,000,000*" as an entry point to explore financing.

New Features

• Texas only: YouLend Capital Info Icon in Settlement Report: Texas merchants funded through Shift4 Capital now see a clickable info icon on Payout rows in the Settlement Report that links to the YouLend portal for balance and repayment management.
• Europe only: Partial refunds for Shift4 One: The initiative will enhance LBM functionality for EU Shift4 One merchants by enabling custom amount refunds (max up to the total sale value), expanding access to the full suite of transaction adjustment options. 
• Clone Voided Transactions: Users can now clone voided transactions in LBM.

Improvements

• Filter for transactions with no Settlement ID or Batch ID: The Settlement ID and Batch ID filters in Transaction Manager now include an "Unspecified" checkbox. Check it to surface transactions that don't have an assigned ID, useful for investigating gaps, or combine it with a specific value to broaden your search at once.
• Advanced Search, Miscellaneous Notes & Audit Trail enabled by default: These three features are now on for all merchants in all regions, no settings change needed.

Bug Fixes

• Transaction Manager loads quickly on first open; the multi-second freeze on the All Transactions tab has been resolved.
• Sorting by column now works reliably for all columns in Transaction Manager.
• Download and Subscribe buttons on the Reports page activate as expected when you click a report card.
• Transaction exports no longer contain a duplicate "Card Brand" column.
• Searching by Server with "Unspecified" now returns all matching results, not just unassigned ones.
• The Entry Method filter works correctly without errors.
• The Amount filter highlights as active when only a "From" or "To" value is set.
• Your column selections stay intact when you apply sorting or filters to the Transactions table.
• Column headers remain visible when scrolling vertically through large transaction tables.
