Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w21 Release Plan
Lighthouse Business Manager is now officially Shift4 Customer Hub! You’ll now see Shift4 Customer Hub reflected across communications, support materials, and within the Customer Hub system itself. While the name is new, your core operations, interface, and functionality remain the same — now supported by a unified global platform designed for today’s restaurants and tomorrow’s growth.

New Features
-
Marketplace: DoorDash - Integrated Promotions Support: Orders now display promotion and discount details directly on the POS ticket, supporting merchant-funded, co-funded, and stacked promotions at both the order and item level. For co-funded promotions, only the merchant-funded portion appears as a discount line on the ticket. The ticket total reflects what the merchant receives, not what the customer paid in the DoorDash app.
-
Marketplace: Order with Google Integration: Connect your Online Ordering storefront to Google Search and Maps using Order with Google (OwG) so customers can place orders directly through your branded experience.
Improvements
-
Language Switching Now Instant: Switching your preferred language in the portal header now takes effect immediately — no page reload required across all translated content.
-
‘Additional Tip’ Line on Auto-Gratuity Tickets: A new Location-level setting under Tips lets you configure printed credit card slips to display ‘Additional Tip’ instead of ‘Tip’ when an auto-gratuity is applied — giving guests clarity that gratuity is already included.

Timezone Displayed in Transaction Manager: Timezone code is now shown for each individual transaction in Transaction Manager — keeping you oriented when managing multiple sites or regions.
Improvements
-
‘Select All Locations’ Now Selects the Full Region: The ‘Select All Locations’ option in the location selector now correctly selects every location in the region from the database — not just those already loaded on screen.
-
Duplicate English Merchant Statements Fixed: Resolved an issue where English-language duplicate statement files could appear alongside the localized merchant statement. Customer Hub now shows only the standard merchant statement for the location.
