Transaction Manager

Multi-Location Related Transactions: Merchants can now investigate connected transactions across their entire business instantly from the Transaction Detail page in Shift4 Customer Hub.

• Instead of toggling between accounts, a new multi-location selector lets merchants search across multiple Merchant IDs (MIDs) simultaneously using a card token, email, customer reference, or IP address.
• We’ve also pinned the current transaction for easy comparison and added five new data columns, including MID, Merchant Name, and Customer Reference, to give merchants a complete, unified context at a glance.
  Note: This feature is not available for Shift4 Dine users.

Multi-Location Management

• Revenue Class Discount Restrictions: Adds the ability to configure revenue classes to prevent discounts from being applied. A new "Do Not Apply Discounts" option is available on Revenue Classes, giving businesses precise control over which revenue categories are eligible for discounting. 

Online Ordering

• Faster Order Availability at Store Open: Reduces the wait time to place an order when a store first opens. Previously, a location opening at 9:00 AM with a 20-minute prep time wouldn't accept orders until 9:30 AM. Now, the first available order time is calculated as open time plus prep time — so that same location accepts orders starting at 9:20 AM.
• Delivery Zone Creation Fix: Resolves an issue in OLO Admin that was preventing users from creating new Delivery Zones.

Launch Control/Grow My Business

• Onboarding Wizard Enhancements: Spain Expansion brings Launch Control onboarding support to merchants in Spain (ES). The onboarding wizard now displays in Spanish (es-ES) with ES regional formatting — including EUR currency, local date, address, and phone formats — and Grow My Business surfaces only the VAS modules available in the Spanish market.
• Localized Launch Control Invitation Emails for Spain: Merchants onboarding in Spain now receive their Launch Control invitation emails in Spanish, using a dedicated localized template for both new invitations and forgot-password resends. 
• Australia Expansion brings Launch Control onboarding support to merchants in Australia (AU). The onboarding wizard now displays with AU regional formatting — including AUD currency, GST tax configuration, local date, address, and phone formats — and Grow My Business surfaces only the VAS modules available in the Australian market.

Shift4 Capital

• Capital Blacklist expands Capital (YouLend) financing availability across new markets while simplifying the underlying visibility controls to an on/off mechanism at the location level.
