Manual Credit Card Entry in Echo

Description: Review how to process credit cards manually through the PAX SP30 using the Echo software.

To process a credit card sale for a phone order or the customer’s card is damaged and they want to run it manually:

Internal:
Note: Make sure the merchant is aware of higher fees for processing manually vs. EMV/NFC.

1. Press Credit on the Echo.
   
2. The SP30 will prompt to Tap/Swipe/Insert the credit card. Manually key in the credit card number and then press the green Enter button. Follow the remaining prompts to complete the transaction.
