What is causing this issue?
The wrong date for Business Day is due to not closing the drawer correctly.
How do I resolve this issue?
- Select Manager in the upper right corner of the Order Entry screen.
- Choose End of Day from the drop-down list.
- Ensure all tips are finalized and print an X-Report. This allows you to have a record of the sales you performed from the previous day.
- Select Close Register and select Yes when prompted.
- Press Back in the upper left to return to the Order Entry screen.
- The system will prompt you for "Start of Day: How much are you starting off with?".
- Tap on the calendar next to the date, and select the appropriate date.
- Select Save to change the date in the upper right corner.
