Resolve Echo Customer Display Issue

What is causing this Issue?

The customer display won't work properly if the cords are not properly connected or are not matching each other.

How do I resolve this Issue?

Make sure that all of the cords are matching each other. Also, check that the black cords are connected to each other. Plug all of the cords in properly and try again.

If it is still not working, swap the terminal.
