What is causing this Issue?
The Epson TM-M30 Remote Printer is used for printing kitchen slips with basic line item information. This is connected through the router and works off of the network connection. Typically, when the system is first installed, the remote printer may cut the receipts short.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware Settings, then select Remote Printer Setup from the left.
- After noting the current settings, change all four settings (Cut Receipt, Text Size, Line Spacing, and Print Void Slips) on the page and then select Save to commit the changes.
- Change all four settings back to your desired selections and select Save to commit the changes.
