Expediter Printer Settings in QSR & Delivery

Description: Modify the settings below to adjust how the Expediter receipt looks and the information displayed. System settings control how the Expediter copy of a receipt prints. Below, explore the following settings:

• Print the Name/Phone on Expediter Receipt Prints
• Print Check Number on Headers/Footers on Expediter Receipt Prints
• Print List Items On Expediter Receipt Prints
• Print the Modifier Prices on Expediter Receipt Prints
• Show the Modifier Quantity on Expediter Receipt Prints
• Set Where/When Credit Card Auth Slips Print for Expo Prints
• Cut the Credit Card Auth Slip-on Expo Prints (Delivery)

Note: If you are not set up for Expediter printing, these settings do not affect your current setup. 

Print the Name/Phone on Expediter Receipt Prints

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Printing line item.
3. Select Name/Phone Print on Expediter Printers.
4. Select Change Setting. 
5. Specify the Service Types where the name/phone should print on the Expediter receipt printer: 
   • The pipe symbol separates any active service types. Example: 1|2|3|4|6 - this tells us that this setting takes effect for these Service Types.

Print Check Number on Headers/Footers on Expediter Receipt Prints

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Printing line item.
3. Select Print Check At Top of Exp Ptr. 
4. Select Change Setting. 
5. Select Yes to print the check number on the top and bottom of Expediter receipts or No if you don't want to.
   

Print List Items on Expediter Receipt Prints

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Printing line item.
3. Select Print List Items On Expediter Receipt. 
4. Select Change Setting. 
5. Select Yes to print list items on Expediter receipts or No if you don't want to.

Print the Modifier Prices on Expediter Receipt Prints

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Printing line item.
3. Select Show Modifier Prices on Exp Ticket. 
4. Select Change Setting. 
5. Select Yes to print the modifier prices on Expediter receipts or No if you don't want to.

Show the Modifier Quantity On Expediter Receipt Prints

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Printing line item.
3. Select Show Modifier Quantity On Expediter Ticket. 
4. Select Change Setting. 
5. Select Yes to print the modifier quantity on Expediter receipts or No if you don't want to.

Set Where/When Credit Card Auth Slips Print for Expo Prints

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Drivers line item.
3. Select Print Customer Receipt On Dispatch.
4. Select Change Setting. This gives you the following setting options:
   • 0: No: do not print receipts or credit card auth slips when dispatching a driver
   • 1: Yes: print a receipt copy only when dispatching a driver
   • 2: Yes: print a credit card auth slip when dispatching a driver
   • 3: Yes: print a receipt and a credit card auth slip when dispatching a driver
     
     Note: Setting this to either “2” or “3” prohibits the credit card auth slips from printing on the Expo printer (if one is configured). This is an either/or situation — EITHER the Credit Card Auth slips print on the Expo printer, OR they print when the Driver is dispatched as the terminal's receipt printer is marked dispatched from.

Cut the Credit Card Auth Slip-on Expo Prints (Delivery)

1. Navigate to Admin > Config Tools > System + Station Settings.
2. Expand the Printing line item.
3. Select Cut Credit Card on Delivery Expo.
4. Select Change Setting. 
5. Select Yes to cut the Credit Card Auth slip from the bottom of the Expo ticket or No for one long, connected receipt.
