Description: Access the “Now” Report in QSR & Delivery (also called a “SnapShot Report”) to view the daily sales and labor for the current business date. This report is useful to see how your sales are going against labor staffing throughout the business day.
Note: Once End of Day (EOD) is performed, the Now Report is cleared out.
Accessing the Now Report
To access the Now Report:
- Log in to the system.
- Navigate to Admin > Now under the Daily Functions section. From there, you will see a report similar to the one shown below.

Access additional functions for the Now Report under Admin > Now, listed below:
The Print button prints the Now Report on a receipt copy. You can reprint the report as many times as you would like throughout the day from this screen.*
*Unfortunately, you can not email this report, but you may email the Day End report as an alternative if you desire.
Payment Report
The Payment Report displays a list of all payments received on checks so far. This list shows all of the payments and all payment types.
- You can choose to display only the credit card sales by selecting the “Credit Card Only” box at the top, hiding everything except credit card payments.
- Tips and Voids can be performed from the Payment Report screen unless the check was settled previously from either server, driver, or cash drawer functions.
View Audit
The View Audit button displays a list of checks and information such as service type, employee name, total, payment type, etc.
- This report is helpful if you want to audit the checks rung on that business day in a friendly list.
- You may e-mail this report if you desire or print it on a full-sized printer (if available).
Labor
The Labor button shows the current labor for the business date, which is used in the Labor % calculation shown on the Now Report. This can be handy to quickly audit who is clocked in and how much you are paying out in labor costs.
- You may adjust the Labor Report from this screen to display a different date range.
- You may email the Labor Report if you choose or print it on a full-size printer (if available).
