 Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM 2.0)

New Features

• LBM 2.0 Returned Transaction Toggle in ACH Transactions Report: Added a “Show Returned/Rejected Transactions Only” toggle to the ACH Transactions report, allowing users to filter unsuccessful ACH transactions for easier investigation of payment failures. When toggled off, both successful and unsuccessful transactions are displayed.

Improvements

• LBM 2.0 Additional Column in ACH Transaction Export Files: Added a “Description” column to ACH Transactions report exports (Excel, CSV, and PDF) to display return/reject reasons, making it easier for users to take appropriate action.
• LBM 2.0 Void Refunds: Merchants in Canada (CA) and the United States (US) can now void refund authorizations issued in error, expanding the previous voiding functionality that was limited to sales authorizations.

SkyTab POS Lighthouse Business Manager

New Features

• Enable Ticket Transaction Status Report in SkyTab for All Regions: The Ticket Transaction Status Report is now available in SkyTab across all regions, helping users monitor gross amounts, manage undeposited transactions and tickets, and gain insights into deposited transactions.

SkyTab Multi-Location Management (MLM)

New Features

• SKUs & Discount Codes: Assign Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) numbers or discount codes to items and modifiers at the enterprise level for consistent tracking across all locations.
• Support for Nested Modifier Sort Order: Added the ability to manage sorting for nested modifiers.
• Support for Menu Sets: Added a new way to manage availability and dynamic pricing in MLM.
• Display Groups: Display Groups, released in SkyTab last month, are now available in MLM with enterprise-level or location-specific configurations.

Improvements

• Item Sort Order Improvements: Added filtering by department to sort items within a department and introduced Quick Sort to organize items A–Z with one touch.
