Description: Review how to reopen an existing check to reprint or resend tickets below.
There are some situations in QSR & Delivery where you may need to print another receipt after a check was closed or resend a Kitchen ticket. If this happens, first, you need to recall a closed check.
To reprint or resend a ticket:
- Log in to the system.
- Select the Checks button on the right side of either the Main screen or the Order entry screen to access the checks screen.
- From the Checks screen, select the service type on the left or choose All from the filter options.
- Once you have found the check you want to reprint, select the smaller box to the left of the check information. The system shows the Ticket Preview / Quick View screen for that check.
- Select Print Receipt to print another copy of the guest check to the local printer, or select the Check Number at the top of the screen to access the ticket details.
- From here, you can resend the ticket to the Kitchen or Expediter printers by selecting Resend Ticket on the right.
- From the resend options that appear, select the resend type you are looking to perform.
